Are we focusing too much on IQ and IQ tests these days particular as employers? Is this making us over look other important factors? Emotional Intelligence (or Emotional Quotient, EQ) is starting to become the next big buzz world. How we handle our emotions and how we react to other peoples emotions makes a big difference on how we do our jobs and live our lives. How do we measure EQ?
